Artist Statement
Whimsical geometry has a burnt to a crisp side to it.
It is to play color and form with wrenching agony.
Hidden awkwardness as an image of delight.
That soaring feeling in a tiny work,
made from a pit of nerves.
In this created world
where tears (or tears) reveal
bone structure in radiant colors.
